Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

Red Cactus is launching a series of pop‑up shops across Saudi Arabia and its first luxury beauty store in Riyadh. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and coach a best‑in‑class frontline team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, manage staffing levels, create schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and produce reports to maximise stock potential.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and in‑store events in coordination with regional management.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and regional culture through regular training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience in the GCC beauty sector.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Experience with inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid business acumen.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
