Associate Customer Service Manager - Rural Banking

About the Role

Join a leading financial institution as an Associate Customer Service Manager, a pivotal role within our Rural Banking division. You will be at the heart of our branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving the growth of retail banking through operational excellence and technological optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure strict compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage the complete customer lifecycle, providing seamless service and addressing all inquiries to ensure a superior banking experience.
• Act as the central custodian for all Rural Banking documentation, including meticulous data entry and document verification (KYC, loan files).
• Manage secure cash transactions and maintain high-quality audit ratings through rigorous process control.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to align operational practices with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
• Support the distribution of banking products in rural and semi-urban areas and participate in community development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, or BE) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and retail banking processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
