Barista

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join the café team at Aman Hospital. The role involves preparing a variety of coffee beverages and providing excellent service to patients, visitors and staff in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and other hot or cold beverages according to standard recipes.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment and seating areas in line with food‑safety and hospital standards.
• Handle cashier duties, process daily sales transactions and manage cash registers accurately.
• Follow all food safety, health and hospital hygiene guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Resident in Qatar and holder of a valid NOC for immediate transfer.
