Business Analyst

About the role

ISS International SpA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Lead of the Centre of Excellence within the Commercial Division in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on enhancing supply chain and procurement performance, driving governance, and implementing the divisional strategy through a Balanced Scorecard approach.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead in ensuring optimal operation of the Commercial Division and identifying performance‑improving initiatives.
• Draft and maintain policies and procedures that enable effective supply chain and procurement operations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc audits of the Procure‑to‑Pay process to ensure compliance and prevent audit findings.
• Provide business intelligence, manage document‑management systems, and deliver training related to supply chain and procurement.
• Support the Head in proactively driving governance and compliance with supply chain and procurement standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Supply Chain or Finance), Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or finance analysis.
