About the role
D Prime is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships across the Qatar market. You will promote the firm’s multi‑asset CFD and FX trading solutions, leveraging deep industry knowledge to convert opportunities into long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new markets, clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
- Present D Prime’s value proposition, trading conditions, platforms and partnership programmes to prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead, partner and client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing and Support teams to ensure high service standards.
- Conduct presentations, webinars and platform demonstrations for prospective partners.
- Research sales statistics and assess growth opportunities within target markets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs and brokerage operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
- Existing network of traders, IBs or affiliates is a strong advantage.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos and industry events.
