Catalogue Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Catalogue Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end categorisation framework of our super‑app platform, ensuring products are easy to discover and that both AI‑driven and human moderation meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and optimise a scalable category tree, defining product groups, sub‑categories and tagging structures.
• Ensure accurate tagging of all products and resolve complex categorisation cases through research and stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyse catalogue performance, identify high‑potential and under‑performing categories, and provide actionable insights.
• Own quality governance for moderation outputs, evaluate AI and manual moderation performance, and drive improvements.
• Identify systemic quality issues, quantify impact and lead initiatives to enhance moderation effectiveness.
• Generate regular reports on category health, AI moderation performance and content quality gaps, sharing insights with product and content teams.
• Partner with product and content teams to close quality gaps and influence feature improvements.
• Lead training and coaching to uplift team capability and reduce recurring errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in catalog management, content operations, e‑commerce or product data management.
• Experience with AI moderation tools or content quality frameworks is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
• Effective communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
