F&B Captain (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Captain to join our hotel team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service and hygiene, and supporting the overall F&B operation.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily Food & Beverage operations to maximise guest satisfaction and business results.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and that only the highest quality products are served.
• Lead and develop a strong team, providing prompt and courteous service in line with brand standards.
• Manage team member relations, encourage problem‑solving, and deliver training and empowerment.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Current experience as a Food & Beverage Captain or equivalent role.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible and a strong team player.
• References that can verify relevant experience.
