Front-End Developer

About the role

Qatar Charity is seeking a Front-End Developer to create modern, interactive, and high‑quality user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience while adhering to best technical practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Design and implement responsive, mobile‑first interfaces that work efficiently across devices.
• Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into functional, interactive front‑end code.
• Follow the organization’s design system and approved technical standards.
• Work with modern frameworks such as React and .NET.
• Consume RESTful APIs and handle JSON data.
• Optimize application performance for smooth experiences across browsers.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend services.
• Collaborate continuously with development teams for seamless system integration.
• Conduct functional, usability and cross‑browser testing.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure stability and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of front‑end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to transform designs into clean, structured, maintainable code.
• Good knowledge of accessibility principles, user experience and front‑end best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Preferably experienced with TypeScript, testing tools and Agile/Scrum environments.
