Interior Designer – Fit Out Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Interior Designer specialized in fit‑out projects to join our Doha office. You will translate client visions into functional, high‑end interior spaces across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop space‑planning concepts and detailed construction drawings for fit‑out works.
• Select, source, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in line with design intent.
• Interpret client briefs, create design concepts, and present solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while meeting aesthetic and functional goals.

Required profile

• Proficiency in interior design and space planning with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in architecture and producing detailed construction drawings for fit‑out projects.
• Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with interior design software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in luxury or high‑end interior design projects is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, and make cost‑effective material selections.
• Must be based in Doha, Qatar.
