Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children staying at Banana Island Resort Doha. You will work closely with the Entertainment & Recreation Manager to deliver high‑quality child‑tending services that exceed parents' expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free play area and continuously monitor children throughout the day.
• Clean and sanitize toys, games, and equipment regularly.
• Keep detailed daily records for each child, including activities, meals, medications, and any special needs.
• Communicate daily updates and observations to parents.
• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans that encourage full participation.
• Lead learning activities such as reading, arts & crafts, music, and singing.
• Perform administrative duties, including signing children in and out and recording pertinent details.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations and respond promptly to emergencies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant.
• Excellent listening skills and a fun, engaging personality.
• Caring, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to develop and lead children in enjoyable learning activities.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
