OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher

About the role

The OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher oversees a team of up to 20 escorts, ensuring safe movement of un‑cleared personnel and compliance with site security policies. Reporting to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, the role combines supervision, process improvement, and conflict resolution to support mission success.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of escort teams, ensuring monitoring of LN/OCN personnel entering and exiting work zones.
• Verify that all personnel are logged in/out and conduct headcounts before and after tasks.
• Maintain a safe workplace by coordinating with Force Protection military personnel and enforcing local escort policies.
• Provide on‑the‑spot corrections, training, and guidance to escorts.
• De‑escalate issues promptly through professional communication.
• Use land mobile radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, days, and evenings as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience overseeing ten or more personnel.
• At least two years of prior overseas work experience.
• U.S. citizenship; valid U.S. passport preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet current U.S. security clearance requirements.

Required skills

• Operation of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems.
• Proficient use of cell phones and laptops for communication and reporting.
