Product Designer, Global Public Sector

About the role

Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to shape AI‑driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own the full design lifecycle, turning raw concepts into polished products that influence critical decisions for public‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 0‑to‑1 design initiatives, collaborating directly with product managers and engineers to ship impactful features quickly.
• Extract insights from stakeholder feedback and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders, aligning them around a clear visual direction.
• Communicate ideas through visual storytelling and rapid prototyping using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Make data‑informed design decisions based on research, analytics, and user insights.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in early‑stage product development.
• Experience in both startup and established environments, with at least one role at a respected product‑focused company.
• Background in B2B products for government or large enterprises.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with prior work experience in the GCC region.
• Willingness to be based in the GCC or relocate there.
• Degree in HCI, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual storytelling for broad audiences.
