Project Engineers – Data Center Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers to lead the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of data‑center infrastructure. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams in mission‑critical environments to ensure quality, reliability and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site execution activities for data‑center construction and infrastructure deployment.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, ELV and ICT works to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over of all systems.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates and project documentation.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven experience in data‑center, mission‑critical, ICT infrastructure or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of data‑center construction methodologies and engineering systems.

Required skills

• Civil engineering works – foundations, utility corridors, cable trenches.
• Mechanical systems – HVAC, precision cooling, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection.
• Electrical systems – MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, grounding, lighting.
• ELV and ICT – structured cabling, ICT networks, CCTV, access control, BMS, DCIM, fire alarm, public address, security systems.
