Red Team Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Red Team Operations Specialist to lead realistic adversary simulations and strengthen our security posture. The role involves designing, executing, and reporting on advanced attack engagements that mimic real‑world threat actors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated red‑team engagements aligned with current threat‑actor tactics.
• Develop and customize offensive security tools or frameworks.
• Perform initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and command‑and‑control operations.
• Maintain strict operational security (OpSec) throughout all engagements.
• Produce comprehensive engagement reports and collaborate with stakeholders to improve detection and response capabilities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or adversary simulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Mandatory CRTO II (Certified Red Team Operator Level II) certification.
• Documented history of at least one full red‑team engagement and evidence of independent research or innovative attack techniques.
