Join ISS International QATAR WLL for a long-term, high-impact mission in the heart of Qatar's industrial sector. As a Senior Automation Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex industrial control systems within a world-class petrochemical environment.

Missions principales

• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems, specifically DCS and ESD.
• Ensure the continuous operation and protection of turbomachinery through precise control management.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime in petrochemical/fertilizer plants.
• Monitor and maintain industrial network integrity and implement cybersecurity protocols for control systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize automation processes and system performance.

Profil recherché

• Engineering degree (Bachelor's level, 12+4 years) in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in industrial control system maintenance.
• Extensive background in the Petrochemical or Fertilizer industries is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex automation architectures.

Competences requises

• Expertise in DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and ESD (Emergency Shutdown Systems).
• Specialized knowledge in Turbomachinery control and protection.
• Strong proficiency in Industrial Networks and Cybersecurity for OT environments.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electronic and instrumentation systems.

Conditions de travail

• Location: Mesaieed, Qatar (Resident status).
• Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
• Contract Duration: 5-year fixed-term contract (CDD).
• Expected Start Date: May/June 2026.
