About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join Just us & Otto in Qatar. The role focuses on building and executing a compelling social media presence that aligns with our brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Create original, engaging content for all relevant platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Analyze audience data and performance metrics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Based in Qatar.
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with content optimization on LinkedIn.
• Ability to interpret audience insights and measure campaign success.
