3D & AutoCAD Designer

About the role

Red Castle is seeking a creative Designer specialized in 3D exhibition structures and AutoCAD floor plans. The role involves turning concepts into production‑ready designs and supporting tender presentations for the exhibitions business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design 3D exhibition structures ready for production.
• Create detailed AutoCAD floor plans and technical 2‑D layouts for carpentry.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and operational teams to develop proposals within tight deadlines.
• Provide creative ideas and actively participate in project meetings.
• Develop PowerPoint templates and in‑situ images for presentation purposes when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Events/Exhibitions design or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
• Ability to work under short time frames and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in interior design is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop CS3.
• Competence with Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for technical layout creation.
