Account Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive – Corporate Services to support corporate clients and manage day‑to‑day client requirements in Qatar. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) environment and a good understanding of corporate services, company administration, client onboarding and regulatory documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day requirements.
• Support QFC‑related company registrations, licensing, renewals and amendments.
• Coordinate client onboarding and collection of required corporate and compliance documentation.
• Support KYC, AML and compliance‑related documentation as required.
• Assist clients with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with QFC and other relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Track applications, renewals, approvals and outstanding client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on applications and requests.
• Work closely with internal compliance, finance and administration teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Corporate Services, Company Formation, Business Setup, Corporate Administration or a similar environment.
• Required QFC experience with good understanding of QFC processes, corporate documentation and client requirements.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and compliance documentation is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and client‑management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Currently based in Qatar or with relevant Qatar market experience preferred.
