Account Manager – Industrial Clients

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Doha, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with industrial clients of Moonlight Industrial Supplies Factory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers, understand their metal supply needs and coordinate orders, deliveries and after‑sales support.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, track account performance, resolve service issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics and finance teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities, support contract negotiations and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and monitor production costing, maintain inventory records, conduct stock verification and support audit and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or customer‑relationship roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to build trust‑based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in metal recycling and melting is highly preferred.
• Education: CMA preferred or a relevant degree.
