Account Manager – Software

About the role

The Account Manager – Software will serve as the primary liaison for key software customers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. You will manage bid processes, oversee project implementation, and provide after‑sales support to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, handling inquiries, proposals, and contract renewals.
• Lead the bidding cycle: gather requirements, prepare accurate proposals, and follow up to secure wins.
• Collaborate with project teams from kickoff to final sign‑off, monitoring status and addressing issues.
• Coordinate technical support to resolve service requests and ensure after‑sales service quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior business and technical executives influencing purchasing decisions.
• Conduct market analysis, track account performance, and report revenue against targets.
• Manage invoicing and payment collection for assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key‑account or software sales with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, project, and support teams.
