Adventure Park Technician

About the role

The Adventure Park Technician ensures that all adventure park attractions at Banana Island Resort operate safely and reliably. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing ropes courses, zip lines, climbing walls, and related equipment to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre‑opening inspections of all adventure park equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on ropes courses, zip lines, harnesses, belay devices, and safety systems.
• Inspect structural components, cables, anchors, pulleys, and braking mechanisms for integrity.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards.
• Report hazards, equipment defects, and maintenance needs without delay.
• Assist with annual inspections, third‑party safety audits, and emergency response procedures, including technical rescues.
• Manage workshop tools, spare‑parts inventory, and maintenance equipment.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience working with adventure park equipment or similar technical environments.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed safety procedures.
• Physical capability to perform inspections and repairs at height.
