AI Advisor Manager – Strategic AI Leadership

About the role

This senior position partners directly with the Secretary General and executive leadership to shape and execute AI strategy across the organization. The AI Advisor Manager will translate high‑level objectives into concrete AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic AI advisory to senior leadership, developing enterprise AI roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases across corporate functions, prioritize them, and build business cases with ROI, cost, and risk assessments.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution design, including data, models, workflows, governance, and integration with cloud, hybrid, or on‑premise environments.
• Oversee delivery of pilots, proofs of concept, production deployments, and scaling of AI solutions.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI controls, security, and risk management frameworks.
• Build internal AI capability through workshops, leadership sessions, and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading AI strategy, transformation, or delivery at an enterprise level.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
