About the role

The AI Decision Science Manager will lead Accenture’s AI & Data practice initiatives, helping clients turn data into intelligent, data‑driven decisions. This senior‑level position combines leadership of analytics programs with hands‑on development of predictive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI, machine‑learning and analytics programs for client transformation.
• Design and implement decision‑science and predictive‑analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into AI‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage and mentor teams of data scientists and analytics professionals.
• Support business‑development activities and solution creation.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, AI, machine learning, or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering data‑driven transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience with modern analytics platforms and methodologies.
