Airport Greeter – Front Office Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Airport Greeter to join our Front Office team at Rotana in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for hotel guests arriving and departing through the airport, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and accurate paging board with guest information.
• Build and maintain good relationships with airline desks, customs, immigration, and other airport personnel.
• Coordinate transportation requirements for guests.
• Verify visa documentation and assist guests with entry procedures.
• Liaise with Visa Officer and Visa Clerk for applications, typing, and translations.
• Meet and assist hotel guests at the airport on arrival and departure.
• Display the paging board prominently according to local legislation.
• Prepare daily arrival and departure reports to monitor guest movement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous Front Office or Customer Service experience.
• Computer literate with fluent written and spoken English.
• Well‑presented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to unpredictable events.
• Calm under pressure, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
