API Inspector - Short-Term Project

About the role

Wings Technical Services is looking for an experienced API Inspector for a short-term project at Oryx, RLIC in Qatar. The assignment lasts 2 to 3 months, with a 12-hour shift and a day rate that is negotiable.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect pressure vessels, piping systems and related equipment in line with API 510 and API 570 standards.
• Perform visual inspections and assess equipment integrity, defects, corrosion and other damage.
• Carry out inspections in compliance with industry codes, standards and project requirements.
• Review inspection records, technical documents and equipment history.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and HSE requirements.
• Submit inspection findings and documentation to the client as required.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years of relevant inspection experience.
• Valid API 510 and API 570 certifications.
• ASNT Level II certification.
