Architect (Concept Design)

About the role

KEO is seeking an Architect specialized in concept design to develop innovative architectural solutions for a variety of building projects. You will translate client briefs into compelling design proposals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas from inspiration to realization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for diverse projects.
• Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative, practical design solutions.
• Produce high‑quality visualisations and presentations for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals.
• Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in design coordination during early project stages and contribute to reports, narratives, and competition submissions.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
