Assistant Manager – Business Process Management (Qatarization)

About the role

The incumbent will identify the current state of business processes, document models, and facilitate stakeholder consensus on new designs. The role focuses on leveraging process modeling tools and automation technologies to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction across QNB Group operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run and steer projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management standards to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor KPIs, establishing measurement and control plans for end‑to‑end process enhancement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional design teams to analyse existing workflows, identify non‑value‑added steps, and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Group Operation Process Enhancement to generate and scope new process improvement projects.
• Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance, financial control, and risk teams as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a reputable international bank or similar organization, focusing on process reengineering, business consulting, and project management.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with proven application of Six Sigma methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to use systematic, data‑driven methods to solve problems and improve processes.
