Associate - NOC Support

About the role

The Associate – NOC Support provides first‑level technical monitoring and support for IT infrastructure, networks and cloud services within malomatia’s Network Operations Center. The role ensures service availability, performance and incident resolution according to SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor servers, network devices, cloud platforms, storage systems and critical applications 24/7 using monitoring tools and respond promptly to alerts.
• Perform initial triage of incidents, log abnormalities in the ITSM ticketing tool and escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.
• Execute scheduled system checks, validations and routine operational tasks such as log reviews and service restarts.
• Communicate outages or service degradations to stakeholders and maintain accurate SOP documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in monitoring, network or infrastructure support.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language requirement mentioned.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Operating system knowledge (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems for incident logging.
