At Your Service Supervisor

About the role

The At Your Service Supervisor ensures seamless guest communication and support at Marriott's Doha conference centre. This full‑time position handles all inbound guest calls, resolves requests, and coordinates with internal departments to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, and concerns.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, monitor busy lines, and manage messages.
• Activate/deactivate guest room message lights and transfer internet‑access issues to the provider.
• Log guest requests, incidents, adjustments, and comment cards in the computer system.
• Provide directions, property information, and assist guests with disabilities.
• Support management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, report safety incidents, and maintain professional appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Telephone switchboard operation.
• POS system usage.
• Basic computer proficiency for logging and tracking guest interactions.
