Automotive Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the automotive brand, boost vehicle sales and aftersales business, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives, including budgeting for vehicle sales, aftersales, and parts.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities and new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, acquisition, retention and market share.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, email and other platforms, coordinating SEO, SEM, content marketing and paid advertising.
• Lead lead‑generation initiatives to support sales targets and monitor website performance, online enquiries and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new and used vehicles, seasonal offers, product launches, test‑drive events, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate and automotive brand guidelines across all channels and marketing collateral.
• Develop and oversee social media strategy and content calendar, coordinating creation of photography, videos, reels, customer stories and product information.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on automotive trends, pricing, promotions and marketing activities.
