About the role
The Barback will support the world‑renowned Nobu restaurant within Four Seasons Hotel Doha. Working in a luxury beachfront hotel, you will help ensure the bar runs smoothly for guests enjoying premium Japanese‑Peruvian cuisine. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position in a fast‑paced, high‑end hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Bar preparation, including setting up glassware, garnishes and tools.
- Restocking beverages, spirits, mixers and bar supplies throughout service.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, workstations and service stations.
Required profile
- At least one month of experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, luxury environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
