BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM process on construction projects in Qatar. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and delivering high‑quality BIM models that meet client and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models to achieve seamless integration.
• Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues and ensure model accuracy.
• Manage BIM deliverables, including models, drawings and documentation, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to align BIM outputs with project requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to BIM coordinators and other team members.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of BIM experience on construction projects.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and manage BIM teams.
