Bodyshop Manager

About the role

The Bodyshop Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Doha, Qatar, responsible for leading the daily operations of Al Waha Cars' bodyshop. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality repair and refinishing services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bodyshop activities, allocate workloads and monitor productivity.
• Manage bodyshop staff, provide coaching, and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with service advisors, workshops and after‑sales teams to ensure efficient vehicle throughput and accurate repair timelines.
• Control parts, materials and workshop tools, manage costs and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company safety, quality and warranty standards.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to manage expectations.
• Proven experience managing automotive workshops or bodyshops, including workflow planning and quality control.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Leadership abilities with experience in coaching and performance management.
• Analytical skills to assess operational performance, manage budgets and drive process improvements.
