Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for a leading automotive brand in the GCC market. You will drive brand awareness, market penetration and customer acquisition while ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards and regional business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies that differentiate the brand in a competitive automotive landscape.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, events and dealership channels.
• Lead digital initiatives including paid media, SEO, SEM, influencer and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams on vehicle launches, product positioning and pricing.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine tactics.
• Manage the brand budget, track ROI and optimise acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing automotive brands, preferably Chinese brands, in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, dealership marketing and automotive retail operations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and regional marketing teams.
