Business Analyst – Core Banking Transformation (Corporate SME)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead our Core Banking Transformation initiatives using Temenos T24. The role acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Retail and Corporate Banking Operations, guiding the end‑to‑end transformation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; produce BRDs and FSDs.
• Conduct workshops, fit‑gap analysis and impact assessments; manage scope and traceability.
• Design Target Operating Models, create As‑Is/To‑Be process maps and standardise workflows.
• Define and execute data migration strategy, perform data mapping, cleansing and reconciliation.
• Develop test scenarios, lead SIT and coordinate UAT; manage defects and support go‑live.
• Prepare SOPs, user manuals and deliver end‑user training; drive change management.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams and vendors; provide status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• Mandatory Temenos T24 certification.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMP, PMI‑PBA, Agile Scrum, ITIL.
• Extensive experience with Temenos T24 implementations, Islamic banking and retail & corporate banking operations in the Middle East.
