Business Development Specialist

About the role

JAR Accounting and Auditing is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to expand its client portfolio in Doha. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with both government entities and private‑sector clients, and promoting the firm’s audit, accounting, tax and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities and private‑sector clients.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and deliver presentations.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Promote the firm’s audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within audit, accounting or consulting.
• Previous experience dealing with government entities.
• Strong professional network within the Qatari market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
