Business Finance Associate

About the role

The Business Finance Associate will support the QRH Finance team in Doha by ensuring accurate financial postings and delivering timely service to internal commercial teams and external partners. This role focuses on daily sales transaction processing, invoice matching, and handling refund and payment requests in line with finance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily sales transactions accurately and perform checks on sales documents.
• Respond promptly to queries from QRH Commercial teams, suppliers, and Sutherland Global Services.
• Validate refund requests, create reversal entries, and process customer payments according to finance policies.
• Match supplier invoices to accruals for the QRH trading business.
• Provide assistance to the finance team for any commercial queries and perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum three years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
