Business Leads Analyst – Sector Solutions (Onsite, Qatar)

About the role

The Business Leads Analyst – Sector Solutions will drive cash‑management and trade‑finance fee growth for Arab Solutions' domestic wholesale banking portfolio in Qatar. The role focuses on expanding product usage, deepening wallet share with existing corporate clients, and acquiring new fee‑based business through digital trade and cash solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fee and revenue growth for cash and trade products.
• Develop client coverage and business development activities.
• Solution design for trade and cash services.
• Lead digital and front‑to‑back trade transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
• Expand portfolio and sector coverage within the Qatar wholesale banking market.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of banking experience, preferably in global transaction banking, trade finance or cash‑management sales.
• Proven track record of fee‑income generation from cash and trade products.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC wholesale banking markets is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to trading‑sector clients (import/export, commodities, distribution) is an advantage.
• Commercial mindset focused on fee‑income growth and wallet‑share expansion.
• Experience with digital trade transformation and process digitisation.
• Understanding of the front‑to‑back trade lifecycle and transaction‑banking platforms.
• Strong client‑engagement skills with ability to influence CFOs, treasurers and senior stakeholders.
