Card Sales Acquisition Specialist – Teleagent

About the role

We are looking for a Card Sales Acquisition Specialist (Teleagent) to join our call centre in Doha. The role focuses on selling regulated credit card products over the phone, handling both inbound and outbound campaigns, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns to achieve monthly card sales targets.
• Convert bank‑provided leads and pre‑approved prospects into activated credit cards, improving lead‑to‑sale conversion.
• Follow approved sales scripts and compliance controls, maintaining 100 % audit compliance.
• Prioritise outreach using propensity models and lead lists to maximise productivity per agent.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, fees and usage to drive activation within 30 days.
• Capture accurate customer information and maintain data quality in CRM/sales systems.
• Adhere to call recording, quality checks and policy compliance standards.

Required profile

• Experience selling regulated financial products via phone, with strict adherence to scripts and compliance.
• Understanding of the credit‑card acquisition lifecycle (lead → sale → activation).
• Familiarity with contact‑centre operations, call handling and CRM usage.
• Ability to work in a governed telesales environment with quality assurance monitoring.
