Cards Analytics Specialist (12-month contract)

About the role
We are seeking a Cards Analytics Specialist to lead performance reporting and data‑driven insights for our card portfolio across Saudi Arabia and Qatar. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will work closely with product, marketing, risk, operations and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and interactive dashboards.
- Analyse acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency and profitability.
- Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage and trend analysis.
- Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates and ROI analysis.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality and automate recurring reports.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in cards analytics, portfolio analytics or business intelligence within banking, payments or fintech.
- Strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience.
Required skills
- Advanced SQL
- Excel
- Tableau or Power BI
- Python, R or SAS
