Career Development Counselor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Development Counselor to support employee career development, capability building and professional growth initiatives within our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and professional‑development guidance.
• Support individual career and development plans.
• Conduct employee assessments and identify development needs.
• Support career‑path and competency‑development frameworks.
• Deliver career‑development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees.
• Support development initiatives for national/Qatari employees.
• Analyse career‑development data and prepare reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business or HR preferred.
• More than 6 years of relevant L&D/career‑development experience.
• Strong career counselling, coaching and facilitation experience.
• Experience with career frameworks, assessments and employee‑development programs.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
