Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are a leading facilities management organization looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning services across a large commercial facility in Doha. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain customer satisfaction while complying with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and housekeeping staff.
• Allocate manpower, monitor attendance, and manage schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning personnel.
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large cleaning teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and pressure‑handling skills.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
• Preferred knowledge of CAFM/FM systems and IOSH/NEBOSH or other HSE training.
