Commercial Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join the SE FIN GT GS ME UG team. In this role you will be responsible for the commercial and financial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with accounting, legal, tax and export regulations while supporting project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial project management, handling accounting, legal, tax and Export Compliance topics.
• Support Project Managers to meet cost, time, quality targets and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and HUB.
• Ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations and record financials in SAP.
• Manage financial KPIs (orders, revenue, costs, profit, receivables, inventory, payables, cash‑flows) per Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines.
• Oversee receivables, collections, customer visits, payments, bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines and promote a culture of integrity.
• Prepare for project and business review meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in Spiridon and update reporting tools such as Project Dash, PM Impact and NCC Reporting.
• Manage contracts, claims, risk and opportunities with customers, suppliers and other parties throughout the project life‑cycle, including warranty phase.
• Support procurement, logistics and preparation of supplier contracts and purchase orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial project management within an industrial or energy environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of export compliance, tax and legal aspects of projects.
• Authorization to sign commercial documents according to company mandate.
