Communications & Account Manager – Doha, Qatar

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking a Communications & Account Manager to lead client relationships in Doha. You will act as the primary liaison for corporate and semi‑government clients, coordinating integrated communication programmes across PR, influencer, digital, content and events while collaborating with the agency’s Lebanon team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Qatari clients, overseeing onboarding, briefings, kick‑off meetings and regular status reviews.
• Develop and execute integrated communications plans that combine PR, marketing, influencer, digital and content tactics, tailoring key messages for the Gulf audience.
• Produce and approve press releases, pitches, media kits in English and Arabic, and maintain relationships with journalists and editors in Qatar.
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns with Qatar‑based and regional creators, handling contracts, usage rights and performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional briefings and deliverables between the Doha office and the Lebanon creative, digital and production teams.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients, contribute to pitches, proposals and represent the agency at industry events in Doha.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, communications or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience working in Qatar or the Gulf with solid knowledge of local media and influencer landscapes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong writing and presentation abilities for corporate and government audiences.
• Based in Doha or willing to relocate, and able to manage multiple accounts across borders.
• Valid Qatar driving licence is a plus.
