Communications Manager

About the role

McKinsey is seeking a Communications Manager to shape and execute creative communication strategies that showcase the firm’s knowledge, maintain its reputation, and bring campaigns to life across the Middle East and Oceania (MEO) region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications strategies aligned with firm themes and branding.
• Lead planning and execution of flagship events, roundtables, partner dinners, and practice‑specific activations.
• Manage sponsorship negotiations, speaking opportunities, and event vendor relationships.
• Drive post‑event amplification in partnership with the Digital Lead.
• Oversee high‑quality writing and editing for internal and external communications.
• Map reputational strengths and weaknesses, monitor risks, and proactively shape narratives to protect the firm’s reputation.
