About the role
The Construction Manager will lead on‑site construction activities for new data centre facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and ICT works.
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity and overall project progress.
- Manage subcontractors, construction resources and resolve site‑level challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Organise inspections, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
- Control timelines and budgets to meet agreed milestones.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
- Proven experience delivering mission‑critical or hyperscale data centre projects.
