About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Agents for our Doha contact centre. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers in Arabic and French via telephone and email, working on a shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring accurate and courteous communication.
- Deliver high‑quality service that reflects our award‑winning standards.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s systems.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates with a hospitality background or candidates with experience in airport/airline, hospitality, call centre, retail or luxury sectors.
- Fluent in both Arabic and French.
- Highly personable, self‑motivated and able to work flexible shifts.
- Proficient with standard computer applications.
Required skills
- Fluency in Arabic.
