Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator is required to join our team to handle multiple tasks. The primary objective of this job is to safeguard the Company’s interests in all aspects of contracts management and to support the Contracts Manager throughout the contracts management lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administration of the Main Contract and Major Subcontract Agreements.
• Draft Subcontract Agreements using the Company’s standard templates.
• Prepare and assess claims, and draft contractual correspondence.
• Maintain record‑keeping for all contract‑related correspondence and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Initiate reviews, amendments, and addenda as required.
• Prepare and review payment applications.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor project risk register and implement risk control measures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of contract systems, processes and practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contracts management of multi‑function mega projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Commercial experience is an advantage.
• Roads and infrastructure experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Government entities in Qatar is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current contract legislation.
