Cost Management Analyst

About the role

The Cost Management Analyst will monitor, analyse and manage institutional costs for ISS International SpA in Doha, ensuring financial efficiency, regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies. You will act as the central point for all cost‑related matters within the Fertilizer Network (FN) and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Daily monitoring, tracking and reporting of cost management activities.
• Prepare the annual financial cost management plan, model and procedures.
• Develop and coordinate cost planning guidelines, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Lead the preparation of group‑wide consolidated cost budgets for parent and subsidiary entities.
• Provide monthly cost analysis, variance reviews and KPI reporting.
• Conduct inventories trend analysis and drive cash preservation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external benchmark exercises to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the fertilizer industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
