Counter Sales Associate

About the role

The Counter Sales Associate will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering high‑level service through product knowledge and adherence to company procedures. You will manage order processing, cash transactions, and ensure a clean, hygienic environment at the counter.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk‑in customers, providing product information and high‑quality service.
• Process orders received from waiters, arrange them according to serving standards, and present them within the required timeframe.
• Receive daily stock, verify items, display them in the presentation fridge, and replenish while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Participate in opening and closing duties following internal procedures.
• Maintain and report records such as daily training, taste panels, wastage forms, and any complaints or operational issues.
• Handle cash payments, exchanges, and transactions in line with company policies.
• Place product orders with the Stock Keeper in coordination with the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Prepare and wrap take‑away orders according to standards and manage special customer requests.
• Communicate operational details clearly to the team and ensure proper handover via the log book.
• Implement “Clean as you go” hygiene practices and keep the counter area sanitized.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English.
